How we choose our people
You found an interesting job in our team, you submitted your application and received our invitation for an interview. So far, so good! But what should you expect now?
To have as complete a picture as possible for what comes next, we share with you our approach to the selection process and the assessment methods we use. This way, we hope you’ll be able to prepare more effectively and let your best self shine through.
What we aim for
Each person is different and we believe they perform best in environments and roles that maximise their unique abilities.
Therefore, during the selection process, our goal is to create the right conditions for:
- You to have the chance to showcase your personality and what you have to offer as a professional.
- Us to understand whether your profile matches the role needed to be filled, as well as the team you’ll be joining.
This way, we aim to lay the foundations so that the person selected has high prospects of success in their role.
What assessment methods we use
Personal interview
The interview is a unique opportunity to get to know the members of your future team and create the conditions for a successful working relationship.
Depending on the position, the interview stage may include 1 to 3 meetings, either in person or online.
During the interview, we're interested in learning about your:
- Work experience to date
- Professional interests
- Future aspirations
- Skills and how they meet the job requirements
At the same time, you’ll have the chance to learn more about the position, the organisation, the career opportunities, as well as our culture as an employer.
Take some time to prepare the questions you want to ask us. We’ll be happy to answer them and provide any clarifications you may need.
Case study
Some roles require you to already have a certain level of expertise. Therefore, we may ask you to present a sample of your work.
More specifically, we’ll assign you a case study that simulates the duties and requirements of the position you have applied for, to assess whether you’re ready for the job.
Assessment centre
For some roles, we combine selection methods to better understand your capabilities, especially if you’re just starting off your career. As a result, the selection process may include, for example, an interview and a competency test or a case study.
Good luck!
