Purpose
As Customer Service Officer you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our Bank's Wholesale Banking Customers, ensuring seamless and efficient operations at the Corporate Service Center which serves exclusively Large Corporate Businesses
What you will be doing
• Take the lead in delivering exceptional service to Wholesale Banking Customers during daily transactions, ensuring an outstanding Customer Experience.
• Participate in the execution of daily transactions and Branch Activities to our Wholesale Banking Customers
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and the applicable regulatory framework
• Create reports on the overall Customer satisfaction and submit them to the Corporate Service Center management.
• Support document management and filing needs.
• Deal with various administration and control tasks.
What you need to have
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a Customer Service role especially for Businesses or Wholesale Banking Segments (Transactions and Branch Activities)
• Bank of Greece A1 Investment Certification
• Certificate of Professional Knowledge of Insurance-based Investment Products (Bancassurance BA)
• Results and Quality Orientation
• Attention to detail.
• A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
