Role Purpose

As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for implementing the Bank’s Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy and for assisting in the Bank’s Social Media accounts handling. 

What you will be doing :

 

  • Design and implement Social Media Strategy to align with business goals
  • Oversee and implement day to day Social Media posts 
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Build relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Setting specific objectives and reporting

 

What you need to have :

 

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or related field.
•    A Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is preferred.
•    At least 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing in the Financial Services or Banking sector
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•    Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•    Attention to detail. 
•    A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences. 
•    Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
•    Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
