Purpose 

 

As an EVP & Employer Branding Associate, you support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance the Bank’s reputation as an employer of choice. You contribute to university outreach, career events, and internal and external communication initiatives that promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and strengthen the Bank’s employer brand.

 

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Map and maintain relationships with targeted academic institutions and programs (local and international)
  • Contact university career offices to promote featured job opportunities of the Bank
  • Support the organization and coordination of external career events, managing planning, logistics, and CV inflows
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of graduate, internship, and other early-career programs
  • Assist in planning internal career events such as functional workshops and business days
  • Update content in related internal (SharePoint) and external (career site) pages
  • Manage administrative and coordination tasks related to Rebrain initiatives
  • Contribute to the preparation and rollout of internal recruiting marketing campaigns (e.g., referral campaigns)
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent employer branding messaging across channels

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or another relevant discipline
  • A Master’s degree (preferred)
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in HR, employer branding, communications, or related administrative roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
