Purpose

 

As an ExCo Secretariat Associate, you provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Executive Committee (ExCo), ensuring the smooth execution of its agenda, meetings, and related governance processes. You play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, tracking decisions, and facilitating effective communication across senior management and organizational units.

What you will be doing

 

  • Coordinate the Executive Committee’s (ExCo) agenda, ensuring all essential topics and materials are prepared in a timely and accurate manner
  • Draft and manage official ExCo documents, minutes, and follow-up actions to support efficient decision-making
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and background information for ExCo meetings and related governance processes
  • Support the monitoring of ExCo decisions, tracking progress and implementation status
  • Facilitate the coordination of internal relationships with ExCo members, senior executives, and all relevant business units
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects or initiatives assigned by the ExCo Secretariat
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal governance and meeting management practices

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or any related field
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset
  • Up to three (3) years of experience in banking, consulting, corporate governance, or secretarial support roles, ideally with exposure to executive or board-level processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English and Greek
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment
