Purpose

 

As an External Communications Specialist, you will be at the forefront of shaping the Bank’s public narrative. You will design and deliver strategic content that informs, engages, and builds trust with key stakeholders. With a strong focus on copywriting, content creation, and media strategy, you will help craft the Bank’s external voice - ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across every communication channel.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Support the execution of communication strategies through the creation of accurate, compelling, and well-timed content tailored to various external audiences
  • Draft and dispatch all the Press Releases and Publications of the Bank and the Group Companies externally, while ensuring that all Press Releases are in accordance with the law and the Bank’s policies, including digital copywriting for web and social media
  • Translate corporate messaging into audience-relevant social media content that supports reputation, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Produce high-quality copy for a range of media activities—press materials, conference remarks, keynote messages, thought leadership pieces, and stakeholder updates
  • Monitor, edit, and manage content for external publication by Bank Executives and employees, ensuring alignment with brand tone and editorial standards
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with external stakeholders—including journalists, media agencies, and public authorities—strengthening the Bank’s media presence
  • Track media coverage and produce detailed reports and insights related to the Bank and its Group Companies across press, broadcast, and digital media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal business areas to amplify corporate messaging, offering content support and ensuring alignment in voice and narrative
  • Provide writing and content advisory services to internal departments, supporting them in crafting effective messaging and integrated communication plans

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field; a Master’s degree in a relevant area is a strong plus
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Corporate Communications, media, or journalism, ideally with a strong content creation and stakeholder engagement focus
  • Proven copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone, style, and format across different platforms and audiences
  • Solid understanding of media relations, public affairs, and stakeholder communication, including experience managing external publications and messaging
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Digital fluency and familiarity with tools that support content planning, media monitoring, and communication performance tracking
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, prioritize effectively, and work calmly under pressure
  • A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to think critically, solve problems, and respond to communication challenges with agility and clarity
