Purpose
As a Facilities Management Associate, you support the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the Bank’s own-use facilities, contributing to resilience, occupant satisfaction, safety, and sustainability compliance. You assist in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, environmentally responsible, and efficiently operated, while supporting collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
What you will be doing
- Support the daily operations of the Bank’s buildings, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and efficiently maintained
- Participate in inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of facilities operations, maintenance requirements, infrastructure upgrades, and internal customer requests
- Contribute to the preparation of reports on facility management performance
- Support the monitoring of external service providers and contractors, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Assist in responding to building maintenance needs while contributing to cost control and optimization
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- A Master’s degree in a related field is considered a plus
- At least one (1) year of experience in a relevant Facilities Management role
- Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to prepare clear reports
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive approach
- High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information
