Purpose
As an HR Data & Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the delivery and analysis of workforce and regulatory HR reporting. You contribute to accurate data-driven insights that enable decision-making, compliance and reporting efficiency across the Bank.
What you will be doing
- Apply advanced Excel and analytics tools to support HR data analysis and produce meaningful insights
- Collect, organize and validate data from HRIS, spreadsheets and other sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Support compensation and benefits analysis, including salary benchmarking, pay structures and annual salary review reporting
- Compile and analyze data for regulatory and sustainability reporting, including contributions to sustainability and non-financial reporting (CSRD and other ESG reports)
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to address reporting needs and deliver required data
- Support ad hoc requests for HR data analysis and reporting
- Contribute to maintaining and improving templates, dashboards and reporting processes
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- A Master’s Degree in Data Management and Analytics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or other quantitative field of study (preferred)
- Up to three (3) years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, data analysis or a similar area
- Knowledge of Excel and data analytics tools, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in Greek and English
