Purpose

 

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for translating and implementing the Bank’s HR strategy within your designated Business Units and Group Companies. You ensure effective HR budgeting, drive strategic initiatives, and actively support business leaders by addressing people-related challenges and strengthening organizational effectiveness.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, driving the HR Business Partnering (HRBP) agenda across assigned Business Units and Group Companies and ensuring the execution of related initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Chiefs and business leaders to proactively identify people-related issues and align HR solutions with business needs
  • Design and propose the annual HR budget for the Business Units and Companies under your scope while contributing significantly to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Lead the implementation of key HR strategic initiatives and projects (e.g. Career Framework, Change Management), ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Advocate for and embed the Group’s purpose and values within the business areas of responsibility, fostering cultural alignment and employee engagement
  • Provide ongoing communication and consultation to employees on HR-related matters such as performance evaluation, target setting, and learning and development
  • Oversee and facilitate the performance management cycle by supporting goal setting, conducting performance reviews, and identifying high-potential talent
  • Support the execution of the Learning & Development strategy by addressing capability gaps and supporting development planning within your business areas
  • Contribute to people analytics by offering qualitative insights that complement quantitative data, enabling meaningful interpretation and decision-making

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in an HRBP role, or in business areas within the financial industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices implementation, talent management, employee retention, budgeting analysis, and HR strategy formulation
  • Proficiency in workforce planning, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and L&D strategy execution
  • Experience in business partnering, employee lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complexity
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and interpersonal communication in dynamic environments
  • Effective leadership and mentoring skills that promote accountability, inclusion, and continuous development
