Purpose
As an HRIS Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the operation and continuous improvement of the Bank’s Human Resource Information Systems. You will contribute to the integration between SuccessFactors (SF) and SDPSP, while helping enhance employee experience through digital solutions and accurate data management. This role combines HR insight with technology and analytics, offering you the opportunity to develop expertise in one of the most evolving areas of HR.
What you will be doing
- Support the effective use of HR technology to meet evolving business and employee needs
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data, organizational structure, and job information in the HRIS
- Monitor and analyze HR tools and processes to identify opportunities for simplification and automation
- Collect and organize data to improve system reporting and reduce operational complexity
- Facilitate the seamless operation of employee and manager applications (SF and SDPSP) through coordination with relevant teams
- Support internal and external reporting requests and assist in KPI monitoring for the CHRO and business units
- Provide day-to-day support to HR colleagues and system users, ensuring data quality and strong user experience
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business or a related field
- Master’s degree in Business Studies, Management Sciences, or Human Resources is a strong plus
- Up to 3 years of experience in HR systems, data analysis, or HR operations
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
- Comfort working with data and understanding HR processes
