Purpose

The Individual Segment Business Development Specialist will be placed in the Individual Banking Business Area of Alpha Bank and will be responsible for providing business development activities for Individual Banking products and services and to develop innovative value propositions tailored to the unique needs of customers.
 

What you will be doing

 

  • Participate in the preparation of the Business Plan for the Individual Banking segment.
  • Assist in the development of the segment service model based on data analysis, customer behaviors, and needs, and monitor implementation. 
  • Participate in the design and implementation of promotional and communication campaigns across all channels, in collaboration with the competent Business Areas.
  • Prepare the business priorities for Individual Banking customers with the Branch Network and support sales and customers’ acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with HR and Product divisions to determine training needs for roles related to Individual customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, IT, and marketing, to ensure successful implementation of customer-focused strategies.
  • Participate in the design of surveys to measure customer satisfaction or to draw information about their needs, analyze the findings, and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement tailored banking solutions and value propositions to meet the unique needs of international customers. 
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and digital teams to adapt or create banking products and services that resonate with international customers.
  • Advocate for seamless onboarding, accessibility, and ongoing service delivery tailored to international customers.
  • Develop KPIs to measure the success of value propositions and customer engagement strategies.

 

What you need to have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field (desired)
  • 5+ years of experience within an established organization in Banking
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in retail business development
  • Advanced communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent usage of MS office suite
  • Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
