Purpose

As a Mortgage Loans Specialist you will be responsible for the support of the development of mortgage loans and products.

What you will be doing

 

  • Support the implementation of the Annual Business Plans, in terms of the sale of mortgage loans
  • Assist in the allocation of budget alongside the distribution networks
  • Participate in monitoring the market trends establishing a competitive product value proposition
  • Contribute to the evaluation of market trends and stay up-to-date with the current competition
  • Participate in the development of the framework cooperation with said external partners, in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures
  • Manage the network of external partners and support the periodic coordination and evaluation of the network based on predefined indicators with a view to maximizing its efficiency
  • Assist in the pricing policy for the network of external partners who are promoting mortgage products and any re-pricing of partnerships within the framework of the Bank's current policy
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities in cooperation with the Segments, the Marketing and Public Relations Business Area and the Customer Value and Data Management Business Area (creative briefs, media plans, ATL/BLT, digital campaigns, etc.)
  • Support the acquisition of a quality portfolio of mortgage and consumer credit loans
  • Keep track of the financial performance of the products they oversee in terms of profitability.

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field of study
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role related to Mortgage and Loans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent usage of MS office suite
  • Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
