Role Purpose
As a Retail Core Banking Specialist you will be part of the bank’s Retail Core Banking area and you will actively contribute to the design and the implementation of initiatives that support the ongoing transformation of the Retail Banking operating model.
What you will be doing
• Support the execution of the overall strategy for the Retail core Banking offering, from design to implementation.
• Participate in projects to modernize and enhance processes and Customer interactions with digital options and pursuit alignment of cost-to-serve with client value.
• Monitor and study international best practices, competition, and trends regarding retail core banking offering and operating models.
• Collaborate with the product units, the Branch Network, digital channels, compliance, legal, IT, marketing and other Business and cross -functional areas to ensure successful implementation of Customer-focused strategies, and new Retail operating model operationalization.
• Participate in the design and execution of change management and Customer experience (CX) initiatives to ensure successful operationalization of new operating and service model.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and metrics to ensure the effective adoption of the new operating model and propose corrective actions where needed. Analyze and assess business needs and requirements versus system support.
What you need to have
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of Retail Banking experience preferably in servicing Retail Banking Customer Segments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences.
• Experience in project management is preferred, with the ability to effectively apply key project management principles in practice
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
