Purpose

 

As a SB Group Sales Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing group sales strategies, overseeing the entire sales process, and ensuring both growth and customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for designing, developing and coordinating financial and non-financial products addressed to targeted customers of Alpha Banks’ Ecosystem, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in targeted sectors, closely collaborates with the “Certified Consulting Ecosystem”, to ensure holistic and high-quality service for Small Business customers, capitalizing on emerging opportunities.

 

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Implement group sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Monitor the entire group sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract signing and post-event follow-up
  • Participate in the analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape
  • Provide support in structuring and implementing programs aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Craft persuasive sales presentations and proposals, demonstrating how the Bank’s group deal offerings effectively address specific challenges
  • Identify and actively pursue potential clients by leveraging group deal offerings
  • Work closely with internal departments, including the event planning, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of group deals
  • Analyze sales data, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, enabling data-driven decisions
  • Support the Branch Network in promoting group sales. and delivers exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Participate in training and support activities for sales teams to ensure a clear understanding of program guidelines and objectives
  • Prepare reports to track cooperation performance, including key metrics and financial indicators

 

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Engineering or related field
  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field of study would be desirable
  • At least three (3) years of experience in SB/ SME financing and/or functional experience in Sales and Marketing related areas
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to focus on achieving results
  • Confidence and positive attitude, strong team spirit and ability to create efficient partnerships with Ecosystems Entrepreneurship
  • Demonstrated responsibility, adaptability, ownership and accountability as well as negotiation skills
  • Proactive, critical thinking and service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
  • Exceptional command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken)
