Purpose
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team and contribute to the Bank’s evolving recruitment practices. The role focuses on managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, and promoting Alpha Bank’s employer brand through strategic sourcing and candidate engagement initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role
- Represent Alpha Bank in external talent engagement initiatives, such as university partnerships, job fairs, and networking events, strengthening the employer brand and talent pipeline
- Contribute to strategic projects related to recruitment process optimization, systems improvement, and the development of best practices
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience through timely and transparent communication at every stage of the process
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, labor law, and data privacy standards throughout recruitment activities
- Use the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and generate reports on sourcing activities, pipelines, and recruitment metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to the recruitment process
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered a plus
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a corporate or agency environment
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, selection methodologies, and employer branding initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related reporting
- Ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes
- A results-oriented mindset with critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
