Purpose
As a Transaction Banking Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving the successful execution of transaction banking solutions and providing strategic insights through sales performance analysis
What you will be doing

Design and execute strategic sales plans to drive business development for transaction banking products within Wholesale Banking.

Oversee the Transaction Banking Sales Team, ensuring effective collaboration with wholesale business units to meet sales and profitability targets.

Engage regularly with customers to understand their product and service needs, promote the Bank’s offerings, and build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.

Supervise the Product Support Team in delivering high-quality remote assistance to business clients using electronic banking platforms.

Track product support KPIs and service quality metrics to ensure performance standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Foster a high-performance team environment, promoting a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or relevant fields.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of managerial experience in relevant positions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Mastery in Pricing Strategy.
