As Business Centre Relationship Manager you will be responsible for enhancing the relationships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises portfolio, providing top-notch service. The Business Center aims to develop long-term business relationships of mutual trust with Customers and to promote a broad range of financial products and services, with the ultimate goal of strengthening the presence of the Bank in the market.
What you will be doing
- Assist in handling any Customer issues and complaints by providing high-quality services and monitor the financial statement of the Customers of your responsibility.
- Contribute to professional relationships with Customers and check their financial performance by identifying Customers’ potential needs for financial products and services.
- Generate revenue for products - services and increase Customer portfolio, in collaboration with the Business Centre Team.
- Participate in the attraction of deposits and the promotion of financial products, asset management products and other banking services, considering the specific requirements of your Customers and the current market conditions.
- Participate in actions with other Bank Business Areas, the Branch Network and Group Companies in order to provide seamless service to the Business Centre’ s Customers.
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Administration or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
- A Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in client-facing roles
- Team spirit and positive attitude at work
- Strong Result Orientation
