Role Purpose
As an Individual Relationship Manager, you will be placed in the Bank’s Branch Network, specifically in Mykonos Island, and you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients, serving walk-in Customers of the Branch and achieve relative sales goals. The ideal candidate should be confident, enthusiastic, passionate and with a strong customer orientation.
What you will be doing
- Focus on achieving sales goals related to Individual Customers of the Branch by designing and implementing relative business development plans.
- Develop relationships primarily with assigned clientele creating value for both customers and bank, identify their needs and propose customized solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with assigned clientele proactively based on customers contact frequency need, informing them about the Bank’s products, services and special offers.
- Accumulate broad knowledge regarding the Bank’s products and services in order to propose optimal solutions, either directly or through referrals to competent business areas.
- Follow the Bank’s internal policies, regulatory procedures and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, being the focal point of the customer and by coordinating resolution of client's requests in cooperation with all competent Divisions.
- Attempt to approach assigned customers by utilizing digital tools and alternative communication channels which facilitate the communication with them.
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or in a related discipline.
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field of study would be considered an asset.
- At least three (3) years of experience in customer service, sales or a related position.
- Certificate of Professional Knowledge of Insurance-based Investment Products (Bancassurance BA) and Bank of Greece A1, A2, B, B1 Investment Certifications.
- Customer-oriented approach and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in the Greek and in the English language.
- Proficient use of the MS Office applications.
