Purpose
As a CRM Campaign Analysis Associate you will be responsible for assisting omni-channel Customer Lifecycle Management campaigns, supporting the delivery of personalized and dynamic customer-centric messages through various CRM channels.
What you will be doing
• Assist in the initial analysis for campaigns data per channel examining customer behavior, campaign performance, and CRM metrics.
• Participate in trends and patterns identification from CRM campaigns responses to contribute insights
• Assist in campaigns optimization by utilizing data analysis findings to suggest improvements to campaign strategies, messaging, and targeting
• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive omni-channel Customer Lifecycle Management campaigns, ensuring personalized communication plans through CRM channels.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the CRM softwares/ systems that helps on improving the efficiency of customer management processes.
• Contribute to the accuracy and cleanliness of CRM data by identifying and rectifying data quality issues.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards that showcase key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
• Keep abreast on industry local and global market trends and best practices to ensure that the new tool capabilities and base management initiatives are implemented in the Bank’s projects.
What you need to have
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field of study (preferred).
• At least one (1) year of experience in CRM Campaign Analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
