Purpose
As a Digital Business Analysis Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing the business needs and incorporating them to business requirements to facilitate Bank’s services available through its digital channels.
What you will be doing
- Elicit, analyze and verify the business needs as well as identify business problems.
- Actively listen, investigate and assess business information to identify interdependencies with other processes/digital products and with the documentation of business requirements.
- Draft business requirement documents in a clear, accurate and professional manner providing all information needed.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and efficiency of the proposed solutions by engaging the competent IT team members, where necessary.
- Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to verify that the delivered features match the specification provided.
- Support the engaged business stakeholders in their scenarios to avoid delays and deficiencies.
What you need to have
• A Bachelor’s degree in technical/business field, engineering or relevant field.
• A Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of working experience in business analysis preferably in digital processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
