Role
As a Product Owner you will be responsible for the design and implementation of digital products and services for individuals and businesses in alignment with the bank’s digital roadmap, delivering customer value in a cost-efficient manner with high quality and fast time-to-market.
What you will be doing
- Lead cross-functional horizontal teams with business, support functions, UX and IT stakeholders to define and prioritize objectives, scope and requirements for new digital products/services or improvements to existing ones.
- Identify and assess implications of legal, regulatory, operational risk and DPO requirements covering digital services and design respective solutions.
- Lead the design of e2e customer journeys, develop respective product epics/features/stories, maintain and prioritize product features backlog according to feasibility/ customer value in an iterative manner, plan/ refine user stories.
- Monitor and assess vendor solutions market, cultivate vendor relations, participate in negotiations and structuring of contractual agreements.
- Monitor closely the customer feedback and needs, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to ensure the leading position of our digital propositions.
- Maintain assigned product/service post-launch, monitor customer adoption rates, technical, risk, quality KPIs and take proactive corrective actions.
What you need to have
• A Bachelor’s degree in technical/business field, engineering or relevant field.
• A Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
• At least five (5) years of working experience in creating digital products and services in an agile environment as well as in digital transformation projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
