Cyber Resilience and Intelligence Manager

Purpose

As a Cyber Resilience & Intelligence Manager you will be part in the Cyber Security & Information Security and you will be responsible for supporting the Director in the unit’s strategic and tactical planning and execution while managing the teams and contributors in the Cyber Resilience and Intelligence.

What you will be doing

•    Contribute to the implementation of the Cybersecurity Strategy regarding the Reselience and Intelligence capabilities for the Bank and the Group Companies.
•    Coordinate the effective delivery of the Cyber Security Services which are aligned to the following capabilities:
•    Event Monitoring: leads the implementation of event monitoring solutions and provides expertise in relevant technologies. 
•    Long-Tail Analysis: leads the investigation of low-frequency, high-impact security incidents.
•    Security Incident Response: develops, maintains and coordinates the execution of incident response procedures.
•    Experience in Cyber Security Assurance: Designs and operates Cyber Security testing activities (for example Penetration Testing, Red teaming, etc) and Forensic:Performs Cyber Security Forensic analysis to identify or validate malicious activities. 
•    Knowledge in Threat Intelligence: Leads the proactive identification of emerging threats and proposes appropriate defense mechanisms and Vulnerability Management: Coordinates the identification, prioritization and remediation of information security vulnerabilities in the Bank’s system infrastructure.
•    Collaborate with the IT units to establish an alignment on the technology roadmap and enterprise architecture.
•    Support the, planning and execution for the Cyber budget in cooperation with IT and Central Procurement Management and Outsourcing. 
•    Cultivate a high-performance team, by inspiring their team while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.

What you need to have 

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or in related field
•    A Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
•    At least five (5) years experience in a Managerial position in the Cybersecurity field (with technical and people management involvement)
•    Certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
