We believe in the new generation and want them by our side to design the next day for our Group together. Aiming to come into contact with young people who are just starting their careers or are looking for their next career step, we visit universities and take part in career events all over Greece.
Through presentations by our executives, discussions and interactive getting-to-know-you games, during the career events we seek to:
- Share our company culture and values.
- Present our approach regarding important projects that shape the banking experience.
- Engage with young people starting their careers or looking for their next step, and discuss with them about their professional interests and aspirations.
- Inform participants about available jobs in our team.
