Purpose

As an Affluent Segment Business Development Senior Specialist responsible for shaping and driving the Affluent Retail Banking proposition by translating customer insights, market trends, and commercial opportunities into differentiated value propositions, service models, and customer experiences for affluent segments.

What you will be doing

Lead the development and enhancement of differentiated value propositions for affluent customer segments based on customer needs, behaviors, market trends, profitability analysis, and competitive insights
Participate in the preparation and execution of the Business Plan for the Affluent Retail Banking Business Area, ensuring that segment-specific value propositions are clearly defined, commercially relevant, and effectively embedded into business priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data-driven service models, customer journeys, and customer engagement initiatives tailored to affluent customers
Identify business development opportunities and actively contribute to the cross-functional design of products, services, and commercial initiatives targeting affluent segments
Participate in the design and execution of omni-channel promotional and communication campaigns, ensuring consistent and effective articulation of the affluent value proposition across all customer touchpoints
Monitor campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial performance, proposing optimization actions and continuous improvements
Act as a key liaison with the Branch Network to align business priorities, support affluent customer acquisition initiatives, and strengthen proposition execution across channels
Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Business Area to analyze customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and behavioral insights, translating findings into actionable improvements to the customer value proposition
Contribute to the Bank’s strategic planning and digital transformation initiatives with a focus on evolving the affluent customer experience, enhancing proposition relevance, and driving sustainable revenue growth
Identify and monitor areas of potential business or regulatory risk and contribute to the design of actions ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

What you need to have

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant
At least seven (7) years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management or Consulting
Strong understanding of affluent customer behaviors, expectations, and wealth-related service models
Strategic Thinking and Critical Thinking mindset
