Purpose
As an Affluent Segment Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening Alpha Bank’s Gold Personal Banking proposition, designed for the Bank’s Affluent clientele who have advanced financial needs and high expectations regarding the service that they receive.
In this role, you will support the development and execution of initiatives that enhance the affluent customer experience, drive commercial performance, and ensure the smooth operation of our wealth management offering. Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, you will contribute to modernizing processes, improving campaigns, and monitoring key sales and service quality KPIs.
What you will be doing
- Support and contribute to the ongoing development of the Bank’s value proposition, targeting one of its most profitable customer segments
- Proposes actionable, go-to-market strategies to increase customer value and attract new customers
- Collaborate with Wealth Management, Marketing, Retail Products, Legal & Compliance, and other key business areas (Branch Network, IT, etc.) to deliver the affluent segment’s commercial strategy
- Lead, coordinate and participate in interdepartmental projects focused on modernization, infrastructure upgrades and new service functionalities
- Proposes, plan and execute targeted customer campaigns across physical and alternative sales channels
- Continuously evaluate and improve customer journeys, based on market trends and evolving affluent customer needs
- Ensure the seamless delivery of the Personal Banking Wealth Management product universe, with a strong focus on customer service excellence and regulatory compliance
- Review KRIs related to investment service quality, identify operational or compliance risks, and support mitigation action plans
- Prepare value-adding Management Information (MI) reports to drive continuous improvement in the segment’s value proposition and sales processes
- Support implementation of the Bank’s strategy in line with quarterly and annual business plans and budgets
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Master’s degree (desirable)
- 2–5 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector
- BoG Investments certification (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
