As a Business Analyst, you will join of a dynamic Business Analysis team and you will be responsible for connecting business objectives with technological delivery. The ideal candidate acts as the liaison between diverse Business areas and IT ensuring that the requirements are well-defined, aligned with organizational priorities and technically feasible.

What you will be doing

• Elicit, document and validate business requirements using multiple elicitation techniques depending on the project complexity and stakeholder availability.
• Prepare business requirements documentation including process flows, mockups and user guides whenever it is needed.
• Liaise internally with the team’s Business analysts to share best practices and identify possible synergies between different IT projects / programs.
• Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, IT domains and Project Managers to ensure shared understanding of scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Support the execution phase of project lifecycle by maintaining clear traceability between requirements and deliverables.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science, or any other related discipline.
• More than three (3) years of proven experience particularly in the banking / financial services sector or in a big consulting firm.
• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in business analysis within a project-driven environment.
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise, and professional manner (both in Greek and English).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and experienced to use various decision-making tools to support Business stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and handle various project elements simultaneously while maintaining alignment with team goals and project timelines.
• Familiarity with structured methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
