Business Analyst

Purpose

As part of a dynamic Business Analysis team, the role contributes to the successful delivery of business and IT initiatives by translating business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.
The ideal candidate acts as a key liaison between diverse Business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that the requirements are well-defined, aligned with strategic priorities and technology landscape. 

What you will be doing

•    Elicit, document and validate business requirements using appropriate techniques based on project complexity and stakeholder availability.
•    Produce high-quality deliverables that are complete, structured and aligned with business objectives. 
•    Contribute to improving BA methodologies, templates and ways of working.
•    Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, IT domains and Project Managers to ensure shared understanding of scope, timelines and deliverables.
•    Support the project execution by maintaining clear traceability between requirements, development and testing. 

What you need to have

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science, or any other related discipline.
•    Experience in banking / financial services or large-scale consulting environments is considered an asset.
•    One (1)  to three (3) years of experience in Business Analysis within a project-driven environment.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and experienced to use various decision-making tools to support Business stakeholders.
•    Ability to engage effectively with both Business and technical stakeholders.
•    Organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused with a “can-do” attitude.
•    Ability to multi-task and handle various project elements simultaneously while maintaining alignment with team goals and project timelines.
•    Familiarity with project lifecycle and structured delivery methodologies.
