Purpose
As a Car Finance Sales Specialist you will be responsible for the promotion of car loans through a network of external partners.
What you will be doing
- Establish and nurture partnerships (with Auto and other Retailers) to promote car loans and increase the market share
- Provide continuous training to external partnerships’ sales teams to streamline the loan application process and after sales support to resolve any issues
- Prepare the business agreements with dealers and make sure that all necessary documents that govern the relationship are in place
- Cooperate with sales team to close deals and meet monthly targets
- Participate in the annual sales budget and its allocation to external partners as well as the issuance of periodic sales monitoring reports
- Participate in the achievement of the sales targets of product distribution channels for car finance products
- Contribute to the implementation of pricing policy for the network of external promotion partners and/ or any repricing of partnerships based on the Bank’s current policy
- Stay up-to-date with the competition, automotive industry and market trends and suggest relative actions with the aim to maintain a competitive offering
- Assist in Team’s sales support activities (reporting, follow up with internal business partners etc).
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience within an established organization in the Retail Product Sales
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent usage of MS office suite
- Excellent command of the English and the Greek language (both written and spoken).
