Purpose

As a Cards Systems Projects Specialist you will be placed in the Retail Banking Products Operations Management Unit, which is responsible for the systems development and relevant projects implementations supporting cards and personal loans products.

What you will be doing:
 
•    Responsible for the proper functioning of the Card systems and Loyalty Rewards Programs, in collaboration with the competent Business Areas, where required.
•    Contribute to the evolution of Cards Systems and Card Loyalty Programs and the development of new services and Card Products using new technologies.
•    Collaborate with Cards Business Area and assist in the creation of new products and services. 
•    Prepare and maintain documents with the updates of International Schemes and embed changes of the regulatory framework in the Bank’s Card Systems. 
•    Contribute to any improvements/changes required to ensure the proper operation and support of the Bank's Customer Rewards Programs and the integration of the new Card Services into them.
•    Participate in projects related to the Card systems and implemented by the relevant partners, external providers, and relevant Bank Business Areas, where required.
•    Support the Branch Network and the relevant Business Areas in matters relating to the operation of the Card systems
 

What you need to have:
 
•    A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software engineering, Business Administration or related field
•    At least three (3) years of working experience in Project Management and Card Systems or in relevant roles.
•    Knowledge of cards and personal loans product lifecycle, as well as authorization/transaction flows will be considered an asset 
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills with solutions-oriented mindset.
•    Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•    Business requirements mapping
•    Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
•    A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences. 
•    Digital Fluency 
•    Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).
