Client Relations Associate (on behalf of ABC Factors S.A.)

ABC Factors S.A., a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join its Customer Operations team.
As a Client Relations Associate, you will contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of services to clients, supporting the administration of client portfolios and assisting with the resolution of service-related issues. Your role is essential in ensuring high-quality client servicing, data integrity, and compliance with internal procedures.
What you will be doing
- Apply internal procedures for managing assigned client portfolios
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client services in line with service standards
- Gather and process client-related data to support portfolio management activities
- Prepare standard documents and reports in support of client proposals and servicing
- Communicate with internal teams to follow up on client requests and assist in resolving operational issues
- Track and manage internal deadlines to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Monitor client balances and prepare recommendations for debt adjustments as needed
- Evaluate client portfolios quarterly and prepare proposals for potential impairments
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Up to three (3) years of working experience in factoring or financial client servicing
- Knowledge of credit assessment, factoring services, and credit risk analysis
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Sound financial analysis and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
- High attention to detail, accountability, and a client-oriented mindset
