Purpose

 

As a Commercialization Operations Associate, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Commercialization Division, ensuring the efficient coordination of commercial activities, property listings, marketing materials, CRM administration, reporting, and day-to-day business operations.

 

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Provide administrative support to the Division by managing incoming communications, scheduling meetings, coordinating property site visits, maintaining calendars, and organizing filing systems
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM platform, property listings, leads, contacts, and related information across internal and external listing platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute marketing materials, including property flyers, presentations, newsletters, promotional content, website updates, and social media content, ensuring content accuracy and effective communication
  • Organize, classify, and maintain offers, agreements, and supporting documentation in both physical and electronic formats, while coordinating AML/KYC documentation requirements and related compliance checks
  • Support daily coordination with Facility Management, Property Management, Asset Management teams, the company's network of agents, and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of business operations
  • Prepare, review, and support proforma invoicing documentation, operational reports, presentations, and management updates, while providing additional administrative, operational, and marketing support as required

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or another relevant field
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience in an administrative, operational, or business support role
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiarity with CRM systems and database management, and good overall IT literacy
  • Experience with website content updates, social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) will be considered an asset
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a proactive and team-oriented environment
