Purpose
As a Commercialization Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the commercialization strategy for real estate assets under management. You will drive sales and leasing activities, manage client relationships and external partner networks, coordinate property transactions, and support business development initiatives to maximize the commercial performance of the portfolio.
What you will be doing
- Manage sales and leasing opportunities by generating and managing leads, arranging business meetings, coordinating property viewings, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting successful transaction closings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and external partners to maximize property commercialization and expand the company's commercial network
- Set performance objectives for the external agents' network, monitor results, and support the effective marketing of properties under management
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of commercialization activities and successful completion of transactions
- Coordinate real estate commercialization and agency projects with third-party agencies, supporting business development initiatives and the company's commercial growth plan
- Cooperate with the Legal Department to support the execution of private agreements, including advance payment and lease agreements
What you need to have
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- At least four (4) years of professional experience in real estate commercialization, sales, leasing, or a related commercial role
- Knowledge of client relationship management, sales management, digital marketing, valuation, project management, and regulatory compliance
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer orientation, relationship-building, critical thinking, decision-making, and results-oriented mindset
