The Role
As a Retail Banking Associate, you will join our Branch Network through our Retail Acceleration Program — a structured entry pathway designed to support your professional growth and long-term career development in retail banking.
Your Development Journey
- Through your daily presence in the branch, hands-on learning, and continuous exposure to real Customer interactions, you will gradually build the skills, knowledge, and earn professional certifications required to thrive in the fascinating world of retail banking. The program includes structured onboarding and on-the-job learning.
- Continuous development through targeted training and coaching.
- The opportunity to obtain required banking certifications.
- In-depth expertise through holistic exposure to core retail banking products, services, and customer segments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve new and existing Customers, ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.
- Identify Customer needs and provide tailored banking products and services aligned with their profile.
- Build long-term Customer relationships based on trust, professionalism, and service excellence.
- Structured career pathways and the potential to evolve into more specialized or advanced retail banking roles within three (3) years.
What you bring
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, STEM fields, or related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine interest in people and service excellence.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and obtain professional banking certifications.
- Previous experience in Customer service or sales will be considered an asset.
- Very good command of MS Office and digital tools.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
