Purpose

As a Customer Service Officer you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our Bank's Wholesale Banking Customers, ensuring seamless and efficient operations at our new Corporate Service Centers in the Attica region.

What you will be doing:

• Take the lead in delivering exceptional service to Wholesale Banking Customers during daily transactions, ensuring an outstanding Customer Experience.
• Participate in the execution of daily transactions and Branch Activities to our Wholesale Banking Customers
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and the applicable regulatory framework.
• Create reports on the overall Customer satisfaction and submit them to the Corporate Service Center management.
• Support document management and filing needs.
• Deal with various administration and control tasks.

What you need to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service role especially for Businesses or Wholesale Banking Segments (Transactions and Branch Activities)
• Certificate of Professional Knowledge of Insurance-based Investment Products (Bancassurance BA)
• Results and Quality Orientation
• Customer Service orientation
• Business Savviness
