Family Business Advisory Specialist

As a Family Business Advisory Specialist, you are responsible for developing, promoting, and coordinating advisory services tailored to the needs of family businesses.

What you will be doing

• Contribute to the assessment of Wholesale Banking portfolio to identify Family Business Advisory opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, including relevant Wholesale Banking teams, as well as external parties such as specialized advisors and consultants, to structure and execute tailored client solutions.
• Prepare FBA deliverables, including pitch presentations, financial analyses, business cases, and other client-facing materials.
• Analyze and interpret data across FBA activities on a regular basis to generate insights, support decision-making, and enhance reporting.
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior management.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Executive Committee (ExCo) and other governance committees.
• Support the monitoring and execution of ongoing advisory mandates, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives and internal requirements.
• Collaborate across business units to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver holistic client solutions.

What you need to have

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business or in any other quantitative field of study.
• An MBA or a postgraduate degree in Finance or in any other related field will be considered strong asset.
• At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance Advisory within the banking, financial services, or consulting sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and business planning.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Highly collaborative team player with strong ability to build effective working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain trusted long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset, coupled with a strong willingness to learn, embrace new challenges, and adapt to evolving business environments.
