Alpha Asset Management, a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group with 35 years of investment management experience, offering mutual funds and tailored solutions for institutional clients, wishes to hire an Funds Administrations Associate.

 

 

Purpose

 

As a Funds Registry Associate, you will support the execution of day-to-day operational processes related to the subscription, transfer, and management of UCITS unitholders. The role contributes to the accurate processing of transactions, proper documentation management, and the smooth operation of the Funds Registry Department.

 

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Assist in processing subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions of UCITS units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  • Handle the payment process for unitholders, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely transactions
  • Provide basic operational support to the Greek and Romanian networks
  • Report daily inflows and outflows of UCITS units and prepare relevant data for review by senior staff
  • Assist in managing records related to sellers, insurance agents, and branch networks, ensuring information remains up to date
  • Maintain electronic files related to tax, judicial, and supervisory authority requests
  • Support the processing of inheritance cases, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with requirements
  • Process returned mail and inform unitholders about the required follow-up process, ensuring records remain accurate
  • Support the notification process for unitholders in the event of changes, in cooperation with insurance agents
  • Assist with the archiving and filing of physical and electronic documents in accordance with company policies
  • Provide general administrative support to the Funds Registry Department to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Translate Mutual Funds Regulation documents into English when required
  • Carry out business administration tasks for front- and back-office applications on a daily basis
  • Handle cases involving UCITS units that are subject to seizure

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Up to three (3) years of professional experience in Operations Management
  • Understanding of reporting processes, regulatory compliance requirements, and continuous process improvement within operational environments
  • Familiarity with unitholder systems and operational processes related to UCITS transactions
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset when supporting internal teams, networks, and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking to ensure accuracy in operational processes, documentation management, and reporting
