Governance Market Analysis Outsourcing Manager

Purpose

As a Governance Market Analysis Outsourcing Manager, you will join the Central Procurement Management and Outsourcing business unit and be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and controlling the Group’s outsourcing activities, while also overseeing supplier management to ensure effective governance and compliance across the organization.

What you will be doing

• Oversee multiple teams, including Contract Management, Outsourcing, Vendor Management, and Business Intelligence.
• Review sourcing and contract requests from all Procurement areas and discern possible outsourcing eligibility.
• Monitor and analyze data related to key outsourcing activities of the Bank and the Group Companies.
• Collaborate with the Bank’s Business Units and ensure the implementation and adherence to outsourcing processes, including contract management.
• Coordinate data analytics for the development, review, and enhancement of the unit’s reports to support procurement stakeholders.
• Provide information and insights to the Procurement Organization, manage the contract and supplier management framework, and approve vendor evaluation documentation.
• Ensure the support of Expense Line Owners (ELOs) in the formulation of the annual budget in the area of responsibility (ELO 1 Support, Procurement Operations support) by utilizing expenditure data.
• Oversee the maintenance of the Supplier Repository of the Business Area and design the processes regarding suppliers’ evaluation.
• Cultivate a high-performance team by inspiring team members while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry, preferably in procurement.
• Strong expertise in contract and vendor management, with the ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure effective governance of outsourcing arrangements.
• Proven experience in project management and business needs analysis, enabling the successful planning and execution of procurement and outsourcing initiatives.
• Solid understanding of supplier risk assessment and cost-benefit analysis, supporting informed decision-making and value optimization.
• Ability to develop performance reporting and apply analytical thinking to evaluate supplier performance and support strategic procurement decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively and solve complex problems in cross-functional environments.
