Purpose

 

As an HR Budget, Reporting and Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will support the monitoring of HR Budget and Regulatory Affairs activities, as well as the preparation of internal and external reports, contributing to accurate data collection, analysis, reporting, and the effective execution of financial and regulatory processes and deliverables.

What you will be doing

 

  • Assist in the preparation of budget analyses and reports, supporting the monitoring of HR budget-related activities
  • Support the analysis and validation of workforce requirements, contributing to accurate workforce planning inputs
  • Collect and perform initial analysis of the Group’s headcount evolution, providing data that supports monitoring and decision-making
  • Collect budgeting input from various business areas, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Support the development and maintenance of Excel financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assist budget monitoring and planning activities
  • Assist in the alignment, update, and improvement of the content of all Remuneration Policies and Annexes across the Group
  • Support the preparation of internal and external reports (e.g. FINREP, COR22) to ensure the Group’s compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support the preparation of material for RemCo meetings and collaborate with other teams across HR to assist with the preparation and timely submission of their respective materials

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering, or another relevant field
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • One (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in budgeting, reporting, regulatory reporting, or a related analytical function, regardless of industry
  • Knowledge of budgeting analysis, HR data analysis, cost benefit analysis, reporting, and data collection and analysis processes will be considered an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including the use of complex Excel functions, Pivot Tables, formulas, and financial analysis/reporting tools
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with attention to detail when handling financial, workforce-related, and regulatory data
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to support reporting, forecasting, and regulatory deliverables
