HR Operations Specialist

Purpose

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will contribute to the successful implementation of policies, procedural changes, HR Operations projects, and the adoption of the new HRMS.

What you will be doing 

• Ensure the implementation of efficient HR operations workflows and practices that effectively support both the HR team and the broader organization
• Support the preparation of comprehensive presentations related to the implementation of HR Operations projects
• Monitor backlogs and track proactive measures to support corrective actions, providing support to the Bank’s respective HR Operations teams
• Implement procedures to ensure the smooth implementation and adoption of the new HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Participate in the development and issuance of organizational guidelines and procedures, ensuring their coordination, documentation, while informing respective teams about HR guidelines and procedures
• Ensure onboarding, offboarding, and the timely preparation of hiring/exit processes, including the submission of all relevant documentation to the MIS Ergani system (including hires, exits, annual leaves, and home office) for the Bank and the Group Companies
• Support the development, monitoring, and management of all types of employment contracts for the Bank and Group Companies, as well as cooperation agreements with external entities
• Support the design of the Bank’s Health and Safety system, in cooperation with specialized companies, the Bank’s doctors, safety technicians, and the Bank’s Health and Safety Expert
• Stay informed on labor regulation matters and health & safety regulations, ensuring adherence and compliance

What you need to have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in HR Operations or a relevant HR role
• Strong knowledge of employee labor laws, HR policies, HR data analysis, policy management, and HR practices implementation
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance and policy development processes within an HR environment
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills to support HR operational processes and procedural implementation
• Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, customer orientation, and time management skills to effectively support stakeholders and HR teams
