Purpose

 

As an HR Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness Expert, you are responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of the HR Strategy for the Bank and for planning, organizing, implementing and communicating Organizational Effectiveness projects.

What you will be doing

 

  • Significantly contribute to the development of the Bank’s HR strategy framework that is aligned with the Bank’s business strategy, outlines key objectives and include KPIs for measuring success
  • Coordinate the internal and external HR Strategy analysis processes engaging with HR and industry trends, HR leaders and other key Business stakeholders
  • Align HR projects and initiatives with the HR Strategy ensuring their contribution to long-term planning
  • Play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, roll-out and communication of projects in the area of  Organizational Effectiveness
  • Carry out organizational health checks and analyzes organizational changes/restructurings that impact the Career Architecture ensuring the implementation of Organizational Design Principles
  • Lead the role creation/ alteration process by coordinating the compilation of relevant information, accurately applying the Job Evaluation Methodology and making proposals to the respective approver/ committee providing supporting evidence
  • Develop role profiles, leveraging deep expertise to advise on the requisite skills and skill levels necessary, grounded in organizational needs and industry benchmarks
  • Support the strategic workforce planning process by making recommendation in the area of expertise (Org design principles, Seniority levels, skills and role responsibilities ​
  • Design, develops frameworks, tools, templates and forms to support Organizational Effectiveness​

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Social Sciences
  • A Master’s degree in HR or relevant field will be considered a plus 
  • At least ten (10) years of working experience in HR  with experience in complex organizational effectiveness projects
