Purpose
As an HRIS Specialist at Alpha Bank, you contribute to the implementation and further enhancement of Human Resources Information Systems, with the objective of improving the employee lifecycle through digitalization. You support the effective translation of business needs into system solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
What you will be doing
- Assist in utilizing technology to enhance employee experience and translate business needs into system requirements
- Analyze Human Resources tools and processes, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and user experience
- Keep systems updated on all organizational structures, personal data, and working employee data
- Collect data and statistics to improve and update the Human Resources Information System, aiming at process automation and reduction of operating costs
- Support the smooth operation of Employee and Manager applications within SAP SuccessFactors and cooperate with relevant units for continuous improvement and adaptation
- Support reporting requests, both internal and external, including Key Performance Indicator monitoring originating from the Chief Human Resources Officer area and other units of the Bank
- Provide support to Human Resources staff and end users to ensure effective utilization of Human Resources Management Systems
- Collaborate with Information Technology teams and vendors to analyze the impact of SAP SuccessFactors releases and implement system upgrades
- Assist in testing new system functionalities and changes based on test scripts and provide feedback for implementation partners
- Work closely with the Change Management team to support the rollout of new modules and enhancements across the organization
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in Human Resources roles, with hands-on experience in SAP systems
- Strong analytical thinking skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to work confidently with data and system-driven processes
- Solid understanding of Human Resources operations and employee data management within a regulated environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Information Technology, and external vendors
- Strong communication skills, enabling clear interaction with stakeholders and end users
- Digital fluency and a structured, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
