Purpose

 

As a Hospitality Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Relationship Managers to their tasks, data entry, financial statements analysis etc, as well as Managers and Director regarding data for monitoring and reporting  reasons.
 

What you will be doing

 

  • Support and assist Relationship Managers in various tasks related to managing and developing professional relationships with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records with the financial performance and portfolio analysis of the customers of their responsibility.
  • Prepare supporting material for any issues arising from customer complaints.
  • Assist in scheduling customers meetings and preparing meeting materials.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to take advantage of cross-selling opportunities that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Prepare various reports for Managers and Director.

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Administration or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
  • At least two (2) years of experience in client-facing Wholesale Banking roles
