Purpose

 

As an Individual Segment Business Development Senior Specialist responsible for monitoring business development activities for Individual Banking products and services, and creating value propositions for one or more customer sub-segments ensuring that customer needs are met.

 

What you will be doing

 

 

  • Participate in the preparation of the Business Plan for the Individual Banking Business Area, monitors the implementation, and assists in the revision, where needed
  • Collaborate with the relevant Business Areas to create value propositions for sub-segments of customers, develops service models based on data analysis, customer behaviors, and needs, and monitors their implementation
  • Identify business opportunities and participates in the cross-functional process of products and service design
  • Participate in the design and implementation of promotional and communication campaigns across all channels, in collaboration with the competent Business Areas, monitors their effectiveness, and proposes improvements
  • Share the business priorities for Individual Banking customers with the Branch Network and supports sales and customers’ acquisition campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Branch Network to evaluate the size of clientele per Branch in order to assign portfolios to Branch Officers
  • Participate in the design of surveys to measure customer satisfaction or to draw information about their needs, analyzes the findings, and recommends improvements
  • Participate in the formulation of pricing policy and recommends pricing according to the category of customers
