Purpose

As Industrial & Resources Senior Relationship Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, while seeking out new business opportunities for customers and advising them on products or services that best fit their needs. You monitor and evaluate financial performance of clients and their profitability for the bank by applying a sectorial approach and identifying opportunities within the sector.

What you will be doing

Monitor and coordinate the clients’ business with the Bank and its affiliates, in order to ensure high quality of Customer Experience, across all business areas.
Propose the optimum strategy towards the clients, focused on maximizing relationship efficiency and profitability whilst minimizing risk.
Provide tailor-made solutions to accommodate the clients’ financing needs, based on swift response and creative thinking.
Promote cross-selling (trade finance, derivatives, deposits, cash management and other banking services).
Oversee regular and ad-hoc reports, requested by internal and external stakeholders (including regulatory authorities).
Prepare and oversee Credit Proposals regarding the clients’ credit limits with the Bank (including Financial Analysis and credit rating), which are submitted to the Credit Committees for approval.
Monitor smooth execution of transactions.
Pursue the coordination and participation in Large Syndicated Transactions in Greece and abroad.
Identify and evaluate adverse data (deterioration of financial metrics, installments in arrears etc.) and initiate the necessary actions.
Monitor economic developments and business endeavors of Large Corporate Clients in the industry, in order to identify opportunities for cooperation with new or existing clients.

What you need to have

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting or in any scientific (e.g., mathematics, statistics) or engineering fields.
A Master’s degree in related field (desirable).
A minimum of eight (8) years of working experience in relevant roles.
