Purpose
As an Integration and Group Initiatives Expert you will be supporting the execution of Alpha Bank’s most critical strategic partnerships, acquisitions and complex cross -functional initiatives. You will ensure the right level of ambition, the application of best practices, a rigorous pace of execution and, most importantly, strong collaboration and alignment among involved parties.
What you will be doing
- Support the execution of Alpha Bank’s most critical strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities and long-term value objectives.
- Lead the development and validation of business cases by defining key objectives, financial and non-financial value drivers, and cost-benefit analysis methodologies.
- Act as advisor to senior management, providing business design recommendations, market insights, and best practices to enhance strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment across business areas by coordinating priorities, fostering stakeholder engagement, and supporting governance approvals, while addressing organizational dependencies at a strategic level.
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with relevant external partners to drive the successful advancement of key initiatives.
- Oversee strategic value tracking by monitoring performance against key indicators, ensuring sustained focus on intended business outcomes beyond initiative delivery.
- Identify emerging business risks, capability gaps, or misalignments early and collaborate with stakeholders to design appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between business areas and implementation teams, ensuring that execution efforts remain aligned with overarching business goals and value creation.
- Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise change portfolio by advising on initiative prioritization based on business impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
- Provide progress reports to ExCo and other Committees, tracking milestones, KPIs and risks.
- Work closely with other Business Areas to assist maturing business requirements and prioritize initiatives with the related BAs across the Bank to maximize extracted value.
- Identify risks, opportunities and weaknesses and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans and strategies to address them.
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related field
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or other related field (preferred)
- At least six (6) years of working experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms, or internal consulting units of top-tier companies
- Experience in Project Management, Business Development, Planning and Budgeting
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities; able to work across hierarchies with confidence
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
