Purpose
As an Integration and Group Initiatives Senior Specialist you will be supporting the implementation of Alpha Bank’s most critical strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Contribute to the execution of Alpha Bank’s most critical strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities and long-term value objectives.
- Support the development and validation of business cases by defining key objectives, financial and non-financial value drivers, and cost-benefit analysis methodologies.
- Support collaboration between different business areas by coordinating priorities and fostering stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact with relevant external partners to support the progress of key initiatives.
- Monitor performance against key indicators, ensuring sustained focus on intended business outcomes beyond initiative delivery.
- Oversee progress of initiatives, identify potential issues and opportunities and propose interventions.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for the ExCo and other Committees.
- Work closely with other Business Areas to assist maturing business requirements and prioritize initiatives with the related BAs across the Bank to maximize extracted value.
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or other related field (preferred)
- At least three (3) years of working experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms, or internal consulting units of top-tier companies
- Experience in Project Management, Business Development, Planning and Budgeting
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deliverables
- Fluent in English
