Purpose

 

As an Investment Products and Services (Senior) Specialist you will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity and quality of investment services provided within the Wealth Management Sector.
 

What you will be doing

 

  • Perform quality controls to ensure alignment to Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Business Areas of Legal, Compliance, Non-Financial Risks Control.
  • Cooperate with Internal and External Audit and tackle their recommendations.
  • Monitor and propose KRIs in relation to the quality of investment services and ensure alignment to business objectives.
  • Prepare reports for business stakeholders and recommend improvements on procedures.
  • Identify risks driven from the controls and propose key mitigation actions.
  • Design and propose quality controls for new services or products.
  • Guide Private Bankers and stakeholders of Wealth Management Sector, regarding the provision of investment services. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with regulations and compliance requirements.

 

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or other related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance (desirable).
  • A minimum of four (4) years of previous working experience in banking or financial sector.
  • High Attention to Detail.
  • Communication skills.
  • Stakeholder Management.
