ABC Factors S.A., a subsidiary of Alpha Bank Group, is seeking a MIS & Liabilities Control Associate to join its MIS & Liabilities Control team.

As a MIS & Liabilities Control Associate, you support the preparation of accurate, timely, and reliable management information and reports by contributing to the collection, validation, and processing of data, in line with established standards and procedures.

 

What you will be doing

 

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and analyses related to product and portfolio volumes, costs, and profitability, in line with established templates and guidelines
  • Contribute to the operation and ongoing support of the Management Information Systems (MIS), through data collection, validation, and basic data quality checks
  • Collect, format, and reconcile data and information required for reporting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking
  • Contribute to routine payment processing and cash monitoring activities, in line with established procedures and controls
  • Contribute to activities under the Company’s Data Governance Framework, supporting consistent data definitions, basic data quality controls, and reporting data reliability
  • Contribute to data-related projects by supporting the implementation of validation rules and basic data controls across systems and reporting processes, in line with agreed data and reporting standards

 

What you need to have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Banking, Business Administration, or another related field. A Master’s degree in one of the above-mentioned fields would be considered a plus.
  • A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related function
  • Experience or exposure to reporting and regulatory compliance requirements, supporting accurate and reliable information flows
  • Knowledge of data management principles, including data collection, validation, and reconciliation, to ensure data consistency and reporting quality
  • Familiarity with database management concepts and data analysis practices, supporting effective reporting processes
  • Understanding of operational effectiveness and control frameworks, contributing to process accuracy and compliance
  • Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset, enabling the interpretation of data and identification of insights
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, supporting coordination with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of reports
