Purpose

As a Market Risk Specialist, you will be the configuration and support of the market risk system, while you will be offered the opportunity to gain exposure to broader Market Risk activities and assist in related risk analyses.


 

What you will be doing

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the market risk system.
  • Maintain risk-related configurations, market data, and reference data used in pricing and risk calculations.
  • Monitor and support daily risk batches resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Assist in testing new products, system changes, and module enhancements.
  • Perform basic data analysis and troubleshooting of discrepancies in risk outputs.
  • Document processes, system changes, and configuration updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.


 

What you need to have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • A Master’s degree in any of the above fields is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, or key risk concepts.
  • Very good Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of software, such as Python, R, VBA, or SQL will be highly appreciated.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
