Purpose

 

As a Non-Financial Risk Control Associate, you will support the assessment and monitoring of risks arising from Artificial Intelligence solutions, contributing to the responsible and compliant use of AI across the organization. 

What you will be doing

 

  • Provide independent second-line oversight and challenge of AI risk classifications, assessments, controls, and mitigation actions
  • Review documentation and evidence related to AI use cases and models
  • Assess and monitor AI-related risks and ensure adherence to AI governance, policy, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain AI risk inventories, registers, indicators, and reporting to support effective risk oversight and decision-making
  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Collaborate across the Bank to enhance AI governance, risk management frameworks, controls, and awareness
  • Contribute to the continuous development and maturity of the Bank's AI Governance and AI Risk Management Framework

 

 

What You Need To Have

 

  • A bachelor's or a master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, Data Analytics, Technology, Consulting, or Financial Services
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Exposure to AI, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance projects
  • Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, or the EU AI Act
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools
  • Αnalytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
